Not long ago, I was stuck in a body and lifestyle I wasn’t proud of. At my heaviest, I was over 110 pounds heavier than I am today. I remember feeling drained, embarrassed to take photos, and constantly frustrated that no matter what I tried, nothing seemed to stick.

I thought about giving up more times than I can count. But something deep down told me that if I didn’t change, my health, confidence, and happiness would only get worse.

So, I committed to myself. I stopped searching for quick fixes and focused on learning the fundamentals: how to fuel my body with the right nutrition, how to train in a way that built strength instead of punishment, and how to stay consistent when motivation disappeared.

It wasn’t easy. But step by step, the weight started to come off. Over time, I lost 110 pounds—and in the process, I gained something far more valuable: self-belief, energy, and a new life.

That transformation lit a fire in me. I realised if I could do it, so could anyone else, with the right guidance and support.

That’s why I became a coach. I know exactly what it feels like to struggle, to feel lost, and to doubt yourself. And I also know how incredible it feels to break free from all of that.
